Aqua is back…
After nearly two years, we are now able to get back into the pool - woo hoo! Monday morning each week at 10:30am in the lovely pool at the Raddison Blu hotel, at East Midlands Airport. Don't forget you can also stop and enjoy a coffee afterwards.

Aerobics now indoors for the winter at the Beaumont Centre…
Aerobics is still face to face, but is now moved indoors for the winter - at the Beaumont Centre, Nottingham Road, Peggs Green. Refreshments afterwards at the New Inn, Zion Hill... just around the corner!
